Our mindfulness training workshops and courses teach participants practical skills to use mindfulness to reduce their levels of stress and anxiety. Participants learn simple techniques so they are able to practice mindfulness in daily life.

Mindfulness Space training is delivered as practical, experiential workshops, during which participants can learn and practice mindfulness techniques with a strong focus on stress reduction and emotional well-being.
Participants are taught easily-accessible methods to help them pay better attention to the present moment rather than worrying about the future or dwelling on the past.
