What is Mindfulness Training?

Mindfulness training is a process which helps practitioners reduce stress and become more self-aware. Mindfulness practice is a way of tuning into the present moment, viewing it non-judgmentally to allow calm, rational decisions to be made.

Workplace Mindfulness Training - Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa

Mindfulness Space offers one and two-hour mindfulness workshops.

As a general introduction to mindfulness and mindfulness meditation, our workshops guide participants through the benefits of mindfulness with a strong focus on stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.

During mindfulness training, your staff will explore a range of simple, effective and practical mindfulness techniques which have been shown to be beneficial in daily life.

Participants will learn how mindfulness techniques can reduce stress, improve concentration, enhance workplace morale, strengthen the quality of inter-team communication, and increase emotional wellbeing.
