Mindfulness Space aims to make the practice of mindfulness more accessible. With practical, experiential workshops, Mindfulness Space guides participants on how to live a more mindful life.

Mindfulness space offers workplace courses for stress reduction, staff development and mindful leadership training. Mindfulness training is also available as personal, one-on-one sessions.

Workplace mindfulness training teaches participants how to integrate the practice of mindfulness into their daily lives.

Research has shown that mindfulness can:

Mindfulness Space runs workplace workshops and courses in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. Workshops are available as one or two-hour workshops.
