Some benefits include:<\/p>\n In short, meditation is an action. Meditation is the formal practice of developing \u2018awareness.’ Whereas, mindfulness is a state of mind. Mindfulness is the practice of non-judgemental, present-moment awareness. Mindfulness is a necessary component of meditation.<\/p>\n We offer one-off workshops (either one or two hours long) or a program of one hour per week for four weeks.
