Mindfulness Space aims to make the practice of mindfulness more accessible. With practical, experiential workshops, Mindfulness Space guides participants on how to live a more mindful life.<\/p>\n
Mindfulness space offers workplace courses for stress reduction, staff development and mindful leadership training. Mindfulness training is also available as personal, one-on-one sessions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Workplace mindfulness training teaches participants how to integrate the practice of mindfulness into their daily lives.<\/p>\n
Mindfulness Space runs workplace workshops and courses in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal. Workshops are available as one or two-hour workshops.<\/p>\n
For individuals wanting a more personalised program, one-on-one mindfulness training sessions are available via Zoom.<\/p>\n
